Today is the final day of campaigning for candidates across the state before Election Day, with the Syracuse mayoral race remaining as one of the biggest races on this year’s ballot.
The current mayor, independent Ben Walsh, is facing off against two challengers: Democrat Khalid Bey and Republican Janet Burman.
Outside of Syracuse, the Binghamton mayoral race in the Southern Tier is also at the top of voters’ minds.
