Utica, NY – Spend the day with Mom at the Utica Zoo this Mother’s Day. The Utica Zoo will once again be offering Free Admission to mothers this coming Sunday, May 12, 2019. The Zoo will open at its regular time of 10 am and close at 4:45 pm. Regular admission rates will apply for all other members of the visiting group. Admission is $8 for adults 13-61 years of age, $4.75 for kids aged 3-12, $6.75 for seniors 62+, Military, Veterans, and College Students with ID, Under 2 years of age are free.
Visitors are encouraged to visit the numerous baby animals who are living with their mothers in their exhibits, including Trans-Caspian Urial lambs, Nigerian Dwarf Goat kids, and African Crested Porcupettes. “My two boys love the Utica Zoo so much that they treat Mommy with a special Mother’s Day trip every year. What better way to celebrate what made me a mother than sharing their passion as a family? The perfect place for forever
