UTICA, NY – Mohawk Valley EDGE and SUNY Polytechnic Institute (SUNY Poly) will host the next event in the Steven J. DiMeo Speaker Series, bringing together regional higher education leaders for a panel discussion on the future of higher education.
The event will take place Wednesday, March 25 in Kunsela Hall at SUNY Poly, with networking and light refreshments beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by the panel discussion. Attendance is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
The program will explore the challenges and opportunities facing colleges and universities today, as well as the critical role higher education institutions play in supporting regional workforce development and community growth across the Mohawk Valley.
The discussion will be moderated by Patricia “Trish” Kilburn, Superintendent of Oneida-Herkimer- Madison BOCES, and will feature a distinguished panel of regional academic leaders:

• Dr. Randall VanWagoner, President, Mohawk Valley Community College
• Dr. Stephanie Nesbitt, President, Utica University
• Dr. Terri Grates Day, President, Herkimer County Community College
