Mobile COVID-19 testing site opening in Utica on Monday

UTICA, N.Y. — The city of Utica is opening its mobile COVID-19 testing site this week.

Beginning on Monday, the PCL unit is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the city hall parking lot. Anyone can get tested and no appointment is necessary.

The site will stay there until further notice but will be closed on New Year’s Eve.

The mayor says having readily available testing for residents will help slow the spread of COVID-19 and its variants.
