What We Know: The Last Sighting

Beth was last seen traveling north on South Catherine Street in the City of Plattsburgh on June 22, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m. She was accompanied by her brown and white Catahoula leopard dog named Sadie and was pushing a wagon. ny

That sighting was in the early morning hours of Sunday. As of the publication of this article on Wednesday, June 24, Beth has not been located.

Who Beth Is

Beth Gebo, age 60, is described as approximately 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, and having mobility issues. ny

Beth is employed at Walmart in Plattsburgh and has not reported to work for the past three days, which is out of character. ny

That detail deserves emphasis. Beth missing three consecutive shifts at work is not consistent with who she is as a person. Her absence from work is one of the clearest signals investigators have that something is wrong and that this is not a situation where she simply decided to travel without telling anyone.

She was traveling on foot, with mobility issues, accompanied by her dog Sadie, and pushing a wagon, in the early hours of a Sunday morning. She was heading north on South Catherine Street. She has not been seen since.

How You Can Help Right Now

Investigators are asking residents in the City of Plattsburgh and surrounding areas to review home security camera footage for any images or video that may show Beth. ny

If you live near South Catherine Street or anywhere along a northward route from that area in Plattsburgh, please do the following right now:

Check your Ring doorbell, security camera, dashcam footage, or any other recording device covering the early morning hours of Sunday, June 22, between midnight and 8:00 a.m. A 5-foot woman traveling north on foot, pushing a wagon, accompanied by a brown and white dog, may appear in your footage even briefly.

If you have any such footage, do not delete it. Contact law enforcement immediately using the numbers below.

If you live along that corridor and saw someone matching Beth’s description in the early morning hours of June 22, please call. Even a detail you think is minor could be exactly what investigators need.

Anyone with information regarding Beth’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Plattsburgh Police Department at 518-563-3411 or the New York State Police at 518-897-2000. ny
