Statement by Indivisible Mohawk Valley

 

 

ONEIDA AND HERKIMER COUNTIES, NY: Indivisible Mohawk Valley, a local grassroots organization active in Oneida and Herkimer counties, has issued an endorsement for Kamala Harris for President.

 

“Indivisible Mohawk Valley is excited to endorse and support Kamala Harris for President. She will be a champion for reproductive freedom, protecting voting rights, creating new jobs, fighting the climate crisis, and strengthening Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. We will get out the vote to put a woman in the oval office and shatter that glass ceiling once and for all!”

“It’s about time we had a woman, especially a woman of color to be president to turn this country around! She fights for women’s rights and freedom compared to Trump’s far-right extremist policies,” says Jacqueline from West Edmeston.

Indivisible Mohawk Valley is organizing a Honk for Harris Rally on Friday, August 2 from 4-5:30pm at the Oneida Square roundabout in Utica. Members of IMV and the public who want to join our peaceful, non-violent, law abiding event are welcome to join us in celebrating Harris for President.
