The speakers will present on the Participation in Government curriculum developed by the
League of Women Voters NY in conjunction with four NYS Social Studies educators. This is
a seven-lesson module that covers the Civics requirements for NYS High School Seniors. A sample lesson plan will be reviewed during the presentation.
SCHEDULE: 10:00 Registration & Refreshments
10:30 – noon Program
COST: No cost, however, there will be an opportunity
to make goodwill donations to offset the cost of refreshments.
