
Kelberman invites businesses, organizations, schools and community members to get involved this Autism Acceptance Month! 1 in 36 children has been identified with autism spectrum disorder and your support helps promote understanding, acceptance and inclusion in our community!
Here is how you can get involved:
- Sell Autism Acceptance Cards – Businesses, organizations, and schools can sell $1 (or more) autism acceptance cards to show their commitment to inclusion.
- Host an Event or a Fundraiser – Great creative! Organize a fun run, bake sale, or bowling event – every effort strengthens support for families and individuals in our community.
- Donate a Raffle Basket – Help make the Walk for Autism even more exciting by donating a raffle basket. Contact selma.lupardo@kelbermancenter.
org to arrange a drop-off or pickup. - Make a Gift – Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide essential programs and services for children and adults with autism, and their families. Donate at www.kelberman.org/giving or mail a check to 2513 Sunset Avenue, Utica, NY 13502, ATTN: Development Department.

Kelberman is an organization specializing in autism support and services throughout all stages of life. In 2005, Kelberman incorporated as a non-profit organization. Today, it supports over 1,000 children and adults, and employs over 300 full and part-time staff. Kelberman supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, fostering a sense of belonging within the community. Kelberman provides a variety of services centered on the person and their specific abilities and goals throughout life. Support and services include diagnostic evaluations, preschool and early education, behavioral health, counseling, home and community supports, an inclusive summer camp, and employment and residential housing options. Kelberman is also proud to provide educational and recreational opportunities to families and the community.
