Kelberman Center Welcomes New Leadership Staff

The Kelberman Center welcomes two professionals to its dynamic agency leadership team.

 

Kelly Mullin has been hired as the Vice President of Program Development at The Kelberman Center.  She will work with leadership to develop program opportunities in the Utica and Syracuse areas.  Mrs. Mullin has over 21 years of experience working in the nonprofit environment and most recently was the Associate Executive Director for the YMCA of Central New York.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management and Leadership at SUNY Empire State College.

 

Danielle Fay has recently been hired as the Vice President of OPWDD Operations at the Kelberman Center. Ms. Fay will oversee the agency’s residential programs in Madison, Onondaga and Cayuga counties. She has over 29 years of experience working in intermittent care facilities and in individualized residential alternatives with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral health experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic providing administrative and operational guidance. Danielle was part of a leadership team that received the Centers of Excellence, “Center of the Year Award” in 2017.

 

The Kelberman Center, an affiliate of Upstate Caring Partners, Inc., provides state-of-the-art programs and services for children and adults with ASD and their families. Specialized staffing is highly trained to meet the needs of individuals with ASD and includes psychologists, social workers and educational and behavior specialists. Its team of professionals addresses the unique needs of both individuals and their families through various programs and services.
