GOING TO DOMINATE HOLLYWOOD: ‘Squid Game’ actress HoYeon Jung signed to CAA.
DEADLINE revealed that all agencies are trying to hire Jung and her co-stars, as well as series director and writer Hwang Dong-hyuk.
Jung became the most followed Korean actress on Instagram since the release of Netflix’s biggest series Squid Game. The actress went from 400,000 followers to 23.6 million on the platform in less than two months. She also became a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton and adidas last month.
‘Squid Game’ season 2 is currently in the works. Hwang told Associated Press that the show’s rabid fanbase had left him with ‘no choice‘ but to get to work on a second season.
