HERKIMER, NY, February 24, 2026 — Herkimer County Community College’s Physical
Therapist Assistant Club will host a Wellness Fair on Thursday, February 26, from 12 to 2 p.m. in the Cogar Gallery, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center.
This event is open to the community and designed to educate attendees on how different areas of daily life impact overall health and wellness. Interactive topic presentations and informative handouts will cover a range of subjects including nutrition, sleep habits, general exercise recommendations and many more. Attendees may participate in wellness activities including $5 hand massages, $5 paraffin dips and $1-per-minute chair massages. All donation proceeds will go towards support for the Herkimer County Community College PTA Club.
