Hamilton College Department of Dance and Movement Studies Presents the Spring Dance Concert, April 25 and 26

Clinton, NY – The Hamilton College Department of Dance and Movement Studies will present  its annual Spring Dance Concert on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, both at 7:30 p.m.  The performances will take place in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center for Music and Performing  Arts on the Hamilton campus. Admission is free. 

This year’s concert will feature a dynamic lineup of student dancers and choreography from  nationally and internationally recognized guest artists. Highlights include a hip-hop piece by  Shakia “The Key” Barron, traditional Korean dance by Jiwon Ha, and a historical modern dance  reconstruction staged by Yunyu Wang. The program will also showcase original works by  Hamilton faculty members Casey Avaunt, Sandra Stanton, and Paris Wilcox.
