Griffo hosting free emergency preparedness training program

New York State Sen. Joseph Griffo will be hosting a free emergency preparedness training program in conjunction with the New York State Citizen Preparedness Corps, New York National Guard, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services and the City of Rome.

This training course will provide an introduction to responding to a natural or manmade disaster. Participants will be advised on how to properly prepare, including developing a family emergency plan and stocking up on emergency supplies.
