GPO Federal Credit Union opened a new GPO Chittenango branch on Monday, Oct. 19, at 1372 State Route 5, adding a full-service location for members in Madison County.
The branch offers everyday banking, a drive-up ATM and help with digital banking, according to a GPO announcement posted by the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 20.
The new GPO Chittenango branch is designed to provide a welcoming environment for all members and enhance service delivery.
Jennifer Jedik, a local resident who previously worked at GPO’s Oneida branch, leads the GPO Chittenango branch team.
The opening-day celebration included treats from Sweet Tooth Annie’s and coffee from Serendipity Coffee. GPO said both existing members and people interested in learning about the credit union are welcome to visit the new branch and meet its staff.
