Gold Bank Launches Veterans Appreciation Tour

Clark Mills, NY — Gold Bank is proud to announce the launch of the Veterans Appreciation Tour, a community fundraising initiative created to honor America’s veterans while supporting local veteran organizations throughout Upstate New York.

Presented by Gold Bank in association with the American Legion and Feed Our Vets, the tour celebrates our nation’s 250th Anniversary by giving communities an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who served.

Throughout the tour, Gold Bank will be purchasing silver from the public while also accepting silver donations. One hundred percent of the profits generated from this fundraiser will be donated to support local veterans.

Community members are encouraged to bring new or used silver items, including:

  • Silver coins
  • Silver bars
  • Silver jewelry
  • Sterling silver flatware and dinnerware

There are two ways to participate:

  1. Sell your silver and receive immediate payment.
  2. Donate your silver to directly support the fundraising effort for local veterans.

“Every piece of silver makes a difference,” organizers said. “Whether someone chooses to sell or donate, every contribution helps us give back to the men and women who gave so much for our country.”
