Oriskany: Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County, in collaboration with
NYCAMH, is pleased to announce the FarmSafe: Grain Bin Safety Seminar
scheduled for November 9 at 11:00 am. The seminar will be held at Bridgewater
Farms; the address will be provided upon registration.
This informative seminar, featuring presentations by NYCAMH experts, is
designed to equip the local agriculture community and first responders with
critical knowledge and strategies to effectively handle hazards associated with
grain storage facilities. Attendees will gain practical insights into safety protocols,
rescue techniques, and preventative measures to mitigate risks in and around
grain bins. Join us in strengthening safety practices and enhancing collaboration
between agricultural professionals and emergency responders.
