Staff to set up at community locations in the coming weeks
UTICA, NY, January 24, 2025 – In six weeks, community members will gather for the Healthy for Good Expo on Friday, March 7, and the next day, Saturday, March 8, for America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk.
So that nobody has to miss out on the 51st edition of the American Heart Association event, Association staffers will host early registrations on the following dates, at the following locations:
Sunday, Jan. 26, 3 – 5 p.m., Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, 400 Oriskany St. W., Utica, during the Utica City FC vs. Milwaukee Wave
Saturday, Feb. 1 – 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Utica University Nexus Center, 400 Oriskany St. W., Utica, during the Home Show.
Sunday, Feb. 2, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Utica University Nexus Center, 400 Oriskany St. W., Utica, during the Home Show.
Thursday, Feb. 6 and Friday, Feb. 7, 4 – 8 p.m., Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse, 147 N. Genesee St., Utica
Registration is available any time at UticaHeartRunWalk.org. Those who register by Feb. 1 and raise $35 qualify to receive a finisher’s pin and those who raise $200 by Feb. 1 will receive a cross-body bag.
Online registration is encouraged so that the March 8 celebration can include as accurate an amount fundraised as possible!

America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk 2025 will take place on March 7 and 8 at Utica University. The Health Expo, WIBX Radiothon and Treadmill Challenge will take place on Friday, March 7 in the Clark Athletic Center. The 18-mile, 10-mile and 3-mile runs; and the 3-mile walk; will take place on Saturday, March 8, also beginning near Utica University. Frank Mastrovito of Mastrovito Hyundai is chairing the event.
