Utica, NY– Deerfield Place, Utica’s newest multi-family apartment and townhome community, will be offering their first public tours and hosting a free barbecue on Wednesday, July 19 from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M.
Guests are welcome and encouraged to join the official “hard hat” tours and be some of the first people to tour the new state-of-the-art apartments, townhomes, and facilities while enjoying a free barbecue catered by the awarding winning Brooks’ House of BBQ.
Deerfield Place will consist of 21 residential buildings and 156 apartments and townhomes and includes a community fitness center, clubhouse and an outdoor pool and patio. The premier multifamily community is located within minutes of the SUNY Polytechnic Institute campus.
A portion of the event’s budget will be donated to State Trooper Joel Davis’s children via the Blue Lives Matter-Fitness nonprofit organization. Davis was shot and killed in the line of duty on July 9th in Theresa, NY.
With assistance from the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, the entire event is free and open to the public and includes giveaways, prizes and live music by 97.9 and 105.5 KISS FM.
Deerfield Place is actively signing leases for their brand new apartments and townhomes.
