Syracuse, NY -Danielle Fogel, Esq., has received an endorsement from the New York State Police Investigators Association, Local 4, International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO, in support of her campaign for the new Supreme Court Judge seat in the Fifth Judicial District, which includes Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis and Herkimer Counties.
The New York State Police Investigators Association represents more than two thousand active and retired Bureau of Criminal Investigation members of the State Police.
“I am honored and humbled to receive the endorsement from the New York State Police Investigators Association. As a former Forensic Scientist for the State Police, I have a firsthand understanding of the hard work and dedication of the men and women of the State Police and their commitment to keeping our communities safe. I am proud to have their support of my campaign for Judge.” Fogel commented when asked upon receiving the endorsement.
Fogel is an experienced trial lawyer who has spent her entire career advocating for clients in New York State Supreme Court matters involving civil litigation. In this capacity, she has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued scores of motions and appeals. She has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2005. She is the current president of the Onondaga County Bar Association, and a past president of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Utica College and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. She is a committed community
volunteer having served on numerous boards and committees at local not-for-profit agencies including McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center and Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society.
Fogel has lived and worked in Central New York her entire life. She was born and raised in South Utica and currently lives in East Syracuse with her husband Michael and their sons, Anthony and Mason.
Election day is November 2nd with early voting beginning on October 23rd
