Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County Announce newly elected members to the Board of Directors, and Board Officers.

Newly elected members for a three-year term are:

Nicole Carvell: Nicole (Diné) is the Native American and Indigenous Learning
Community Program Coordinator at Colgate University. Nicole strives for
community building, creating equity through shared resources and
opportunities, and promoting sustainability. Nicole lives in the Town of
Lebanon

• Jennifer Hyatt: Jennifer is a passionate entrepreneur and culinary innovator
with a unique blend of experience in public affairs and the culinary arts.

Jennifer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Prime 67 Market & Deli Inc, a chef-
driven marketplace and neighborhood deli in Morrisville. Jennifer lives in

the Town of Fenner.

• John Ryan: is a Financial Coach and Planner. He grew up on a small
Madison County dairy farm, and looks forward to bringing his experience in
farming, business, and finance to the CCE board.
The Board of Directors also elected a new slate of officers for 2026:

• Jenn Murphy, President: Jenn Murphy, newly elected President, is a
Massachusetts native who relocated to Georgetown. She grew from an

intern with Eaton Hemp to her current position as Chief Operating Officer
for Eaton Pet and Pasture, a natural pet care brand.

Erick Haas, Vice President & Immediate Past President

• Roger Saltman, Treasurer

• Paul Curtin, Cazenovia

Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County’s Board meets monthly on
the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm at 100 Eaton Street. Meetings are
open to the public. CCE Madison is also recruiting committee members for
Program Advisory, Fund Development, and Facilities Committees. If you
wish to contribute your skills in these areas to a local non-profit helping
