Flurries and light snow showers will continue off the southeast end of Lake Ontario overnight.
Areas west of Syracuse from the shoreline through the Finger Lakes could pick up an additional 1-3″ with locally higher amounts.
It will once again be bitterly cold as well, with lows ending up near or below zero, and wind chill values largely subzero through the night.
We’re not done with the lake effect on Monday. Expect snow showers to continue from central New York down through the Southern Tier before moving north Monday night.
Highs on Monday will remain unseasonably cold, only getting into the teens for many. Wind chill values will hover within a few degrees on either side of zero.
