The Cornhill Neighborhood Association (CHNA) and the East Utica Concerned Citizens Neighborhood Watch Association (EUNA) will host a combined budget meeting. The Mayor and his department heads will discuss the 2019-2020 City of Utica budget.
The meeting is being held on Wednesday, March 13th 6:00 pm at the UNHS Empowerment Center 230 James St.
