As we approach the beginning of another school year at Connected Central Valley, our mission is to
ensure every student approaches the classroom with confidence and every household feels fully
supported.
Whether your child requires school supplies,clothing or other critical resources, Connected Central
Valley is here to assist. If the transition to a new school year or building is causing anxiety, or if your
student would benefit from enhanced social, emotional, or academic guidance, our dedicated team is
eager to collaborate with you. For those who faced attendance difficulties previously, we are available
to help identify obstacles and work together to make this school year successful. Regardless of your
family’s specific circumstances, you are not alone in this journey. We encourage you to contact your
local Connected Community Schools Site Coordinator for assistance. Families can complete the

coordinators will connect with you to further assist.
To further support families, Connected Central Valley is proud to continue its four-year tradition of
supporting local families as they prepare for the upcoming school year. This vital program is supported
by the remarkable generosity of community members and local businesses, whose contributions
directly fund our support initiatives. Families are invited to attend our annual Back to School Bash on
August 24th from 4-5 pm at Weller Park in Mohawk. This free event offers a wealth of community
resources and information. Connected Central Valley representatives will be available to assist families
in accessing school supply support.
All donated supplies remain within the Central Valley school district, stocked in HUBs located in every
district building. These HUBs ensure students have convenient access to essential items throughout
the academic day. District families are also encouraged to reach out to their site coordinator in these
buildings to help with school supply needs as well as any other connections they might need.
