
UTICA, NY – On Wednesday, June 21st at 10:00 a.m. join the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce along with its staff, board, ambassadors, and Catalyst to celebrate the grand opening of the newest venture of the Abraham House- The Bird’s Nest Vintage Boutique at 102 Eagle Street Utica, NY.
The store will feature home furnishings, home decor, women’s purses and jewelry. All the proceeds from the thrift store will help The Abraham House continue their mission. The Abraham House, A Welcoming Home for the Terminally Ill, is comfort care with its home base in Utica. It offers guests a secure and loving home, without charge, while providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to the terminally ill. Their surrogate caregivers have both the training and compassion necessary to provide loving, high-quality end of life care. The around the clock care is provided free of charge. The Abraham House relies solely on community support and donations to maintain and run the home. The thrift store is located in the annex to The Abraham House, 102 Eagle Street in Utica and will be open to the public
Wednesdays – Saturdays from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Donations for The Bird’s Nest Vintage Boutique will be accepted by appointment on Tuesdays from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
