A report of a domestic incident involving a stabbing at 1300 block of Floyd Avenue Rome
On Thursday, June 6, 2024, at approximately, 3:50pm, the Rome Police Department Patrol Division responded to the 1300 block of Floyd Avenue for a report of a domestic incident involving a stabbing.
Officers spoke with a male victim whom stated he was stabbed by the mother of his child, twenty-four-year-old, Emily Ulrick of Rome. The victim sustained a puncture wound to his upper arm. The victim’s wound is not life threatening. Ulrick was arrested and charged with:
• Assault in the 2nd degree
• Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree
She was processed and transported to the Oneida County Jail for arraignment
