Hamilton College Presents Roomful of Teeth

Clinton, NY – The Hamilton College Performing Arts Series continues with the vocal ensemble Roomful of Teeth on Friday, February 6 at 7:30 pm in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center. Roomful of Teeth is a two-time Grammy-winning vocal band dedicated to reimagining the expressive potential of the human voice.
Founded in 2009 by Brad Wells, the ensemble was incubated at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) in North Adams, Massachusetts, where members studied with some of the world’s top performers and teachers and commissioned composers known for breaking molds. Through this work, they’ve learned the boundaries of the human voice are never what they seem—that rules can be bent, broken, and perhaps even should be.
As the world rapidly changes, the band is cultivating deeper relationships with technology,
continuing to expand the capabilities of the human voice, and striving to move beyond physical limitations. They approach these explorations with passionate curiosity, contagious enthusiasm, and deep gratitude.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for senior citizens and Hamilton employees, and $5 for students. For tickets or more information, call the box office at (315) 859-4331 or visit
