As artificial intelligence reshapes every sector of society—from education and healthcare to manufacturing and marketing—Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) is helping professionals embrace the future with agility, curiosity, and confidence.
MVCC’s AI Agility Training is a 30-day online challenge designed to help individuals “learn to learn” AI in just 15 minutes a day. This self-paced course, offered in partnership with thought leader and founder of Humanskills.ai Todd McLees, equips participants to integrate AI tools into their daily workflows while promoting human flourishing in an era of accelerated change.
“We’ve trained about 10% of our full-time employees through this program, and it’s had a powerful impact—on both productivity and mindset,” said Dr. Randall VanWagoner, President of MVCC. “I completed it myself and found it upped my game in surprising ways. It’s not about becoming an AI expert—it’s about building the agility to keep learning as the tools evolve.”
Participants have access to the platform for 90 days, allowing flexibility for busy professionals. The experience includes brief daily modules and optional 1–2 virtual check-ins. The monthly cohort fosters a sense of shared learning. The next cohort begins September 4, and several local employers have already sent teams of 3–10 employees through the training.
“More than a course, this is a mindset shift,” VanWagoner added. “Todd McLees, who previously joined us on campus for our Community Convening, brings an empowering approach—one rooted in helping people use AI to unlock creativity, not replace it.”
