Nominate a Hero for the Central & Northern New York Real Heroes Celebration
LIVERPOOL (July 24, 2024) Do you know an individual or group in Madison, St. Lawrence, Herkimer or Oneida counties who has saved a life through extraordinary action? Or someone in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego or Onondaga who has made a meaningful impact in the community this year?
Now is your chance to honor them.
The American Red Cross of Central and Northern New York is accepting nominations for this year’s Real Heroes Celebration, being held on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at noon at the Marriot Downtown Syracuse.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, Aug. 16.
Proceeds from the Real Heroes event – a tradition since 1999 – support emergency services, preparedness and education programs, and the health and safety programs provided by your local Red Cross.
