US reopens borders to vaccinated travelers

The U.S. fully reopened its borders with Mexico and Canada on Monday and lifted restrictions on international travelers fully vaccinated with shots approved for emergency use by the World Health Organization, not just those in use in the U.S. (Nov. 8)
