F-M and Auburn football game canceled due to COVID-19

For the second time in two weeks, a high school football game is canceled due to COVID-19 protocols.

Friday’s game between Fayetteville-Manlius and Auburn will no longer go on as scheduled.

Officials with the Auburn School District say due to the COVID-19 protocols in place, plus injuries and other illnesses, they are unable to participate in the game.

The last game cancelled because of COVID-19 happened two weeks ago for the matchup between Cicero-North Syracuse and Henninger.
