UTICA, NY – 50 Forward Mohawk Valley is accepting nominations for our Community Champion Award. This award will recognize an individual, 50 or over, who has been actively volunteering in our communities to make them age friendly for all, has impacted community change through volunteering, and/or has made a difference in the lives of older adults.
