This morning, Assemblywoman Buttenschon joined Emily Spatto, New York Ambassador of the not-for-profit Kada’s Promise, for a special delivery of teddy bears and stuffed animals to the City of Utica Fire Department. The bears, representing a portion of those donated by Ms. Spatto’s organization to the Assemblywoman’s Winter Accessories and Food Drive, will accompany the Fire Department’s EMS and ambulance teams on pediatric related calls, offering much-needed comfort to those who may be in crisis.
