The Parkway Center will be hosting their 11th Annual Senior Health & Fitness Day, Health and Fitness Expo. The expo will be held on May 31st from 10AM-1PM at the Parkway Center. There will be various vendors from a variety of organizations with health and fitness information for seniors; a bake sale; demonstrations; and more!
