Utica to take public input on CDBG funds at West Utica Block Association meeting at Westside Senior and Community Center.
A presentation regarding Community Development Block Grant Funding is scheduled for Wednesday’s West Utica Neighborhood Block Association meeting.
CDBG funds are awarded annually to benefit low- to moderate-income residents. With the presentation, the City of Utica is seeking input on how to best spend the federal CDBG funding in the neighborhoods.
The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27th at the Westside Senior and Community Center, 717 Court Street, West Utica.
Utica Common Council Members and Brian Thomas, commissioner of the city’s Department of Urban and Economic Development, are scheduled to attend the meeting.

Interpreters will be present at meetings where a need has been expressed beforehand.
