Herkimer County Community College Appoints Admissions Directors

HERKIMER, N.Y., May 4, 2026— Herkimer County Community College has appointed two
individuals to the positions of admissions director and assistant director. Brandon Noga, of Utica, has been appointed to the position of director of admissions and most recently served as senior assistant dean of admission at Colgate University, where he led regional enrollment strategy, managed recruitment operations, and supervised student staff and ambassadors. He previously held roles at Utica University, supporting multi-state recruitment efforts, transfer student coordination, and data-informed enrollment strategies. Noga holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University at Buffalo and an associate degree in liberal arts and sciences from Mohawk Valley Community College.
Katie Maneen, of Frankfort, has been appointed to the position of assistant director of
admissions and most recently served as assistant director of admissions at SUNY Morrisville, where she oversaw recruitment initiatives, managed ambassador programs, and utilized CRM data to inform enrollment strategy. She previously worked at Utica University in admissions and began her career at Herkimer County Community College as an admissions assistant. Maneen holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Utica University and an associate degree in communication arts from Herkimer County Community College. She is currently pursuing graduate coursework in higher education leadership at SUNY Oswego. In addition, she serves as an interior firefighter and is a New York State certified EMT.
