Hamilton College Orchestra Presents A Free Family Concert March 9

Clinton, NY – The Hamilton College Orchestra presents a free family concert on Sunday, March 9 at 3 pm in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center for Music and the Performing Arts. The program will feature audience participation and is appropriate for all ages. 

Conducted by Ubaldo Valli, the concert includes the second and third movements of Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 5, Herbert’s “March of the Toy Soldiers” from Babes in Toyland, Haydn’s Toy Symphony, and music from H. Shore’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey with community music students from Clinton, New Hartford, Utica, Rome, and Holland Patent schools. 

This concert is free and open to the public. No reservations are required.
