Utica, N.Y. — February is the perfect time to create unforgettable memories at Munson! Enjoy live music, art talks, and drinks at First Friday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, and indulge in a romantic evening of storytelling, gourmet bites, and themed cocktails at Love on the Rocks at 7 p.m. Thursday Feb. 13. Both events will take place in the Museum of Art’s Root Court in Downtown Utica.

At First Friday, start your weekend with an evening of live music by Max Scialdone, festive atmosphere, cozy cocktails, refreshments, and interactive art activities. Elizabeth Welch, Ph.D., associate curator of American art at Munson will also be there to discuss the extraordinary new addition to the Munson collection.
At Love on the Rocks, you’ll hear lighthearted tales and heart-wrenching dramas during captivating performances that will sweep you off your feet and have you swooning to the original love letters and poetry of Munson founders, Helen and James Williams.
Admission includes everything you need for a luxurious experience: a flight of specialty themed cocktails, an array of exquisite charcuterie, and premium chocolate palate cleansers.
