The Red Cross stepped in to help nearly a hundred nursing home residents who had to pack up and leave due to flooding in their facility.
The Park Rose Estates nursing and assisted living home in Liverpool was forced to evacuate after it reportedly had a water system failure.
The Red Cross worked with St. Joe’s Health to find those people shelter temporarily until they could return to the assisted living facility or be picked up by family.
