Utica’s mayor declared a snow emergency effective Monday night.
To help keep roads clear for snow removal and emergency vehicles, all vehicles will have to be off city streets by 10 p.m.
Any vehicles still out will be subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense.
The emergency will be in effect until further notice.
