COVID-19 vaccines available in Oneida County this week

If you’re looking to get your COVID shot this week in Oneida County, there are plenty of opportunities coming up.

They are offering first doses as well as booster shots if you’re eligible.

The first booster clinic will be held Thursday in the Operations Building at Griffiss International Airport on Hanger Road in Rome. The second is happening on Friday at the Mohawk Valley Community College’s Jorgensen Center.

If you’re looking to get your first dose this week, there are two clinics happening.

The first is on Monday at the County Health Department’s Clinic in Rome on Elizabeth Street. The second one will be on Wednesday at the same location.

For all of these clinics, you must make an appointment.

You can do that on the county website, OCGov.net.
