Two people are dead following a car crash in Syracuse early Saturday morning, police say.
The crash took place around 12:45 a.m. on James Street.
Officials say one of those in the car died at the scene. The other died at Upstate Hospital. Police have not released their names so far.
This is the second double fatal crash in the city this week. The other happened just before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday. Both occupants were pronounced at the scene.
