Upstate Family Health Center is offering a Walk Up COVID Vaccination Clinic on December 20th at Sangertown Square Mall, in collaboration with Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corps (COCVAC) and Mohawk Valley Health Systems (MVHS).
The vaccination clinic will be held in Center Court from 1pm-5pm. Pfizer and Moderna vaccine doses 1-3 (booster) in adults and Pfizer dose 1 and 2 in children 5+ will be offered.
No appointment is necessary and there is no cost to be vaccinated. Please bring your current vaccination card, however if you’ve lost your card, you can still be vaccinated.
