in Utica will host its 43^rd annual commencement ceremony at the Wildcat Field House Saturday, honoring more than 700 members of the Class of 2017.

Keynote speaker for the event will be the 12^th Chancellor of the State University of New York, Nancy Zimpher, who is stepping down after overseeing nearly 463,000 students and 64 colleges and universities statewide during the last eight years.

The 43^rd annual SUNY Polytechnic Institute commencement ceremony will provide great video and photo opportunities. Reporters/photographers wishing to cover the event should park in Lot P next to the Wildcat Field House.
