Marcy: Leadership Mohawk Valley (LMV) is now accepting applications from area nonprofit organizations interested in seeking the services of a project team for the 2012-2013 LMV program year.
A unique aspect of the LMV program is the placement of individuals into teams of eight to twelve members, who work with selected nonprofit organizations seeking assistance on a particular need/problem/issue.
If your nonprofit organization is interested in applying for an LMV Project Team for the 2012-2013 program year, please visit the LMV website at www.leadershipmohawkvalley.net to review the RFP guidelines and project application. There is no fee for this service. All applications must be submitted electronically. Questions or concerns can be emailed to ann.rushlo@sunyit.edu or phone Ann Rushlo at (315)792-7551.
Leadership Mohawk Valley was created in 1990 to develop and utilize the leadership talent of professionals from the community. This 10-month leadership program provides individuals with opportunities for personal leadership development, presentational skills-building, and a better understanding of group dynamics, team leadership, and the value of networking.
The deadline for application submissions is September 17, 2012.
